Made to order gourmet gift items require expedited shipping to preserve freshness and quality. Golden Edibles offers shipping to an address in the continental USA. *Sorry we do not ship to AK, HI or Puerto Rico at this time but plan to do so in the future. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. From time to time, some of our products may be subject to shipping restrictions. In such cases, we will notify you about the status of your order and shipping options available. Golden Edibles applies the most cost-effective shipping method available to ensure delivery on your desired date from one of our locations.

From time to time, carriers experience delays. To obtain a better guarantee for online next day delivery (or your desired delivery date), a Priority Upgrade option may be available during checkout. To ensure that your order arrives on time for holidays, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Priority Delivery (EARLIER DELIVERY UPGRADE). Golden Edibles reserves the right to utilize any shipping method that will allow your product to arrive on your desired delivery date. In addition, Golden Edibles reserves the right to change or discontinue FREE Overnight Shipping, FREE Express Shipping, 2-DAY Free Shipping, or any other promotions at our discretion.

* Priority Overnight Delivery is not available in some RURAL zip codes. If the service is not available, we will contact you and your credit card will be refunded or not be charged the extra fee.
* Handling Fees (per item): May includes inspection, personalized gift message, warm weather protection, holiday rush, special requests, unforeseen circumstances, etc..

Christmas - New Year's, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day Shipping Information: Orders placed for these occasions will be charged a Holiday Rush fee of $4.95 - $9.95 (PER ITEM) to cover additional cost.

Signature release: All orders are shipped signature release, unless otherwise indicated. Due to the perishable nature of our foods, please review and follow the handling instructions on or inside your shipping box.

Note: If a signature is requested and the recipient is not at home to sign, the package will not be delivered until the following day risking freshness and peak flavor. For that reason adopted a Signature Release which helps you get your package delivered on time with the highest quality results. We recommend notifying the receiving party about your delivery and the perishable nature of the product.

Shipping to a commercial addresses, hospitals, hotels, schools, and gated communities: If you are sending your gift to a business or hotel please be aware that our carriers may deliver the package to a shipping and receiving department. We recommend notifying the receiving party about your delivery and the perishable nature of the product. Golden Edibles is not responsible if our shipping partner is unable to deliver the package because the business is closed or have no access.

Address Correction: If an address correction is necessary or the package has to be intercepted or re-routed via UPS, a fee of $12.95 per package will be added to the credit card on file.

Packaging: Our products are shipped in an insulated box or tote, depending on the item, to ensure freshness. We provide creative, elegant and practical presentations for each of our orders with a variety of inner/outer packing to guarantee your satisfaction.

Availability: All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to have plenty of inventory on hand especially during peak gifting periods. We also maintain close links to our gourmet partners so that our orders are among the very first to get filled regardless of timing and availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will try our best to notify you immediately. During peak gift giving periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, Golden Edibles reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements.

Change Delivery Date, Gift Message or Cancellations: When your order is placed, our web system automatically processes it and prints a shipping label and your gift card. Orders placed for next day delivery can only be cancelled or changed within 4hrs (Non-Peak holidays) of the regular cut-off time. For PEAK HOLIDAY (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas) we required 48 hrs. To change your order to a future-date, please contact our customer service department or email us at, Golden Edibles will make every effort to accommodate your request if your gourmet gift has not been produced.

Shipping Guarantee: Golden Edibles guarantees your package will arrive in perfect condition to the address stated on your order. This excludes orders for which we are given incorrect or incomplete addresses. Our Product is 100% guaranteed to arrive in good condition; however we cannot be responsible for product left unattended and/or un-refrigerated upon arrival.

Holiday Shipping: Golden Edibles makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders on time and accurately. Please be aware that during peak gift giving periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day shipping delays may occur. Therefore, delivery guarantees may not apply to specific shipping services. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package, please contact us. For products directly shipped by one of our vendors, please note that the cut off dates may be two days earlier than for other Golden Edible products. To ensure that your order arrives on time for the holidays, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Priority Delivery (EARLIER DELIVERY UPGRADE)

Weather Delays: If your product is delayed, damaged or never delivered due to severe weather conditions, shipping carriers will not honor any Guarantees, and therefore neither can we.
